Guiding others through life can be a daunting, but potentially rewarding task for any person who is up to the challenge. The person doing the guiding has a fine line to walk. I remember that some of my answers in an interview of mine, initially seemed crazy, but ended up getting me one of my most enthralling posts… Read the rest of this entry »

[Comment: James Carter offers some great basic tips on personal goal setting that can be implemented immediately. When I teach others about discovering their 'possibility point', I am quick to point out that ACTION must be taken as well. Goal setting is an essential action step and an integral component of the possibility point success system - Peter Loughlin]

There are times in life when the end goal we have set for ourselves is larger than we want to see. These goals are best broken down into smaller steps along the way. Goal setting for success can help to break down the seemingly insurmountable walls surrounding these goals. At the heart of goal setting is the smaller bits and pieces of the whole and the celebrations we give ourselves along the way.
When choosing personal goal setting as the method to your end goal, there are a few tips that you can follow to increase your chance of success. Following goal setting for the duration of your journey will increase the chances that life, no matter how twisted and turned it may become, will not sabotage your goal setting achievements.
