The Awesome Power of the Spoken Word

Words Are Powerful Creators

I recently posted an article by Rob’ Andrews’ entitled Applying Conversational Hypnosis When Talking With Someone. While this is not generally something I would post here, as I read it further it reminded me that there is real power in the words and phases we use each day.

I recently tried to impress this concept upon my son Brian by sharing with him the creative power in the words he utters and therefore the need to be selective.

Words are powerful and when chosen carefully can create the ‘things ‘in your life, good or bad — its a matter of choice.

Think for a moment about the Bible and the Book of Genesis where God said “Let there be….” and it was.  God’s words created the world, that’s awesome!

I believe we all have the power to create the life we desire and our words play a vital role in bringing those desires into fruition. May I suggest you choose your words carefully
