If only we could live our lives completely free of stress! Of course, to make this possible, then we must remove ourselves completely from reality. We all know that this is an impossible feat. The chances of us living completely without worries for the rest of our lives are as much as us finding Neverland. Not to say that there is no solution to this dilemma. Stress can never be avoided, but we can better deal with it if we know what to do when it comes.
How many times have been assigned to or undertaken a large project, only to become overwhelmed at the sheer scope of time and effort required? Exercising time management requires–you guessed it–time. It seems a bit of a paradox, doesn’t it? In order to develop effective time management skill, you must take more time out of your busy schedule that already contains more tasks than you have time to accomplish. But the investment of time used to schedule your time will create more time available to you in the long run.
I’ve tried a number of outsourcing methods over the past few years but nothing ever worked out quite right. I used web designers from India and Turkey. I even tried outsourcing back office paralegals from Asia but in the end I was always less than satisfied.
You can outsource everything from accounting to business services; writing and research — BUT how to you get high quality at a low price?
Now There’s Outsourcing on Steroids
Today I learned about a guy who has figured out how to do it right. I could say more here, but he tells it all on a free audio.
Last night I listened to an interview with Derek Franklin, who has created a really cool piece of productivity software that manages your time for you.
Derek’s program allows you to manage multiple countdown timers all at once. But you’ve got to see it in action because it can do so much more than just that.
What I really like about this software is that it is totally customizable to fit your specific needs. It’s Awesome!
It’s completely intuitive and it will create a report at the end of the day, week, month (or whenever period you tell it) so you can then evaluate what exactly what you accomplished vs. what you intended to get done.
You know my passion for time management and productivity, right? Well, Jeff Vacek is offering free productivity training — But only for the first 250 only at http://a.gd/productivity-training
