The Jim Rohn Tribute Video!
It was so many years ago when I first bought one of Jim’s inspirational audio cassettes. It was so important to me that I listened to over and over for years. Now get this, I was so worried that if I ever lost it I might not find a another one so I recorded 10 or so copies and kept the original in my safe.
I can honestly say I owe owe Jim in so many ways for starting me (and carrying me) on my journey of success. That’s the kind of impact he has made in my life.
Jim Rohn has impacted so many others over the years. I loved watching this video tribute to him and an honored to share it with you today.

You must associate with and keep company with possibility-minded people. This is probably the single most important tip I can offer to help you stay on track and to stay motivated. Make it a point to speak with at least one positive person (besides you of course) every day. I know it may at times seem like you’re alone and that the world is overcrowded with negativity and people focusing on what’s impossible instead of the infinite possibilities. I recently watched a video from one of my favorite mentors, Stephen Pierce entitled How to Play and Win where he describes the power (and pitfalls) of planning for success.
In the video he explains that while planning is an important component of success it is possible to get too involved with the plan instead of focusing on winning.
What I love about Stephen Pierce is his ability to cut to the basics. In this training video below he points out the success planning is not like a game of chess, but rather like a game of tic-tac-toe where success is a three step process. See the video below. Read the rest of this entry »

Words Are Powerful Creators
I recently posted an article by Rob’ Andrews’ entitled Applying Conversational Hypnosis When Talking With Someone. While this is not generally something I would post here, as I read it further it reminded me that there is real power in the words and phases we use each day.
I recently tried to impress this concept upon my son Brian by sharing with him the creative power in the words he utters and therefore the need to be selective.
Words are powerful and when chosen carefully can create the ‘things ‘in your life, good or bad — its a matter of choice.
Think for a moment about the Bible and the Book of Genesis where God said “Let there be….” and it was. God’s words created the world, that’s awesome!
I believe we all have the power to create the life we desire and our words play a vital role in bringing those desires into fruition. May I suggest you choose your words carefully
